After months of obfuscation and pettifogging, gazbro acceded to the petitions of Eleanor and granted an entry visa to "Biscuit" in June 2004.

Fleeing his home (underneath a car in strife-torn Kensington) he was "picked up" by authorities en route to Thornbury. Following a full-scale check of his status by Kensington Veterinary Clinic he was declared an eligible resident.

Speaking through an interpreter Biscuit thanked all his supporters and expressed an ambition to become a model citizen and a "contributor". Registration and work permits have been formalised with the City of Darebin and he has commenced employment as a domestic cat.
